DARRELL L. MOORE

Darrell received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Masters of Business Administration degree, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.  He also has received a Master of Laws (Labor Law) from Georgetown Universary.

Darrell was admitted to practice law in 1979 and primarily devotes his practice time to the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, workers compensation, civil rights litigation, and employment and labor law.

He is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of Oklahoma, the United States District Courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Military Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Mayes County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.

In February of 2005, the President of the United States nominated Darrell to the rank of Brigadier General in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  He is Chairman of the Mayes County Hospital Authority.  Darrell Makes his home in Pryor with his wife Donna Moore.  They have two adult children and four grandchildren.

Julia L. Neftzger

Julia received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa.  Julia received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellene in Estate Planning while at the University of Tulsa.

Julia was admitted to practice law in 1991 and primarily devotes her practice to the areas of estate planning, medicaid planning, real estate law, probate, and adoptions.

She is a member of the Mayes County and Oklahoma Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before teh District Courts of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the three United States District Courts in Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

She is a member of the Real Property and Probate sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Velma Klamm and Ruth Fishburn foundations and the Pryor Academic Excellence Foundation.  She is currently serving as Municpal Judge for the City of Pryor.

 She makes her home in Pryor with husband Greg Neftzger and their two children.
